SHIPPING

Orders purchased through the web https://evalopez.com will be sent, by default, to the physical address that the user indicates on the registration form.

Shipments will be made when the payment process is completed successfully.

Shipments will take between 1/3 days for all of Spain, and may increase to 5/7 days for the rest of the countries. Deadlines considered once the product has left our warehouse.

Shipments are free for the entire Iberian Peninsula, the shipping cost for the rest of the zones will appear in the shopping cart automatically when the “shipping address” section is filled in

Every day from Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 12:00 are processed during that day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed the first business day.

Users will be responsible for the taxes and / or customs duties to which shipments may be subject.

Azores, DOM-TOM departments and territories (Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion, Mayotte, French Polynesia, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna, New Caledonia), Guernsey and Jersey are excluded (The Channel Islands).

RETURN POLICY

If you want to return the product or change size send an email to hola@grupobrands.com, then we will accept your request and send the transport agency to pick up the package (normally ASM).

Once we receive the item, the quality department will review the merchandise and, as long as its condition does not show any damage, the amount will be refunded up to a maximum of 48 business hours after it has been received.

We will send the change when the return of the other pair arrives at our warehouse.

You have up to 15 days to return the product since you receive the package at your home and 30 days to return it if it is in exchange for another product. If the reason for return is due to a manufacturing defect outside the customer, you will have 365 days to request a change or return of the product.

The return is free for the Iberian Peninsula and, except in the event of an agency or the absence of the client, the package will reach the warehouse in a maximum of 48 working hours. Only the first change of size is free, the next change and return will cost € 5.    

Please follow these instructions carefully to expedite the return:

-The order must be properly packed, as when it arrived, and inside the original box of brand shoes.

 That is, insert the product to be returned in the courier package that we have sent or use a bag or box that can completely cover the product.

-Never seal the original shoe box of the product.

Remember that we will not accept returns of products whose original packaging is handled or damaged.

VERY IMPORTANT:

1. We will not accept the return or exchange of items that have been used, handled, damaged or altered in any way or that do not include the original packaging.

2. We will not accept returns or exchanges after 15 days from the date of delivery.

3. We will not be responsible for any damages or losses that may be suffered by returned products that have not been sent or packaged properly by the senders.

4. If the product you received contains a tare, in addition to filling out the return form, send us an email to the following address, indicating your order number, name and surname, article reference: hola@grupobrands.com

5. Shipping costs will not be returned if any, only the amount of the product.

6. The cost of returns for orders outside the Iberian Peninsula will be communicated once the customer requests it.
